What are you DONE tolerating?

Chances are, there's something that you're doing that's holding you back from reaching your full potential. We all have things that we tolerate - either consciously or subconsciously. There things that we carry with us - old stories we tell ourselves or beliefs that limit us. Why do we continue to hold onto these things?

Today, it's all about being driven as coaches - doing more, having more, or being more. That is what many people think is going to make you a great coach. In reality, the things that hold us back have little to do with drive.  It's much more about mindset and much less about strategy, resources, or the X's and O's.
