Summit Leadership Circle Policies

Payment Plans & Agreements: If selecting a payment plan for your program, you must pay your invoice every 90 days. You can choose to save your credit card information when you pay your first Square invoice. If you selected the paid in full option the full amount is due by the first day of the program or you will be automatically enrolled in the payment plan option and your credit card will be charged.

I request that you have a conversation with me should you find yourself unable to honor your payment arrangement. I reserve the right to charge a late payment fee of $50 when payment is unable to be processed or is not received on your payment plan due date.

Should your account fall past due, for whatever reason, you understand that your Membership Area and program access will be suspended until all amounts in arrears have been paid in full. You must be current on payments in order to use your coaching calls, participate on group calls, and remain in the private Facebook group. A $200 fee is required to reactivate your account once access has been removed due to past due payments.

You are responsible for full payment of fees for the entire 10-month course of the Program, regardless of whether you actually attend or complete the Program, and regardless of whether you have selected a paid in full or payment plan. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all payments must be made on a timely basis.

This Program requires the client to have Email, Internet and a Facebook account if you wish to participate in the Facebook group for your program. It is your responsibility to know how to use these programs.

It is expected you will visit your Membership Area (the Summit Leadership Vault website) on a weekly basis and keep track of your scheduled group coaching calls. You have the option of joining via Internet link or dialing in by phone. You are responsible for long distance charges.

Private strategy sessions with me must be changed or cancelled at least 24 hours before the coaching session begins or the coaching call will be forfeited.  There is no credit for missed coaching sessions, or late changes. Accountability is serious, so ensure you participate in all coaching sessions, and notify us at least 24 hours before the call if you need to make a change.  You must use your private coaching sessions throughout your current program term; at least one call per quarter [June - Aug, Sept - Nov, Dec - Feb, Mar].  Any unused coaching sessions will be forfeited when your Summit Leadership Circle Membership expires meaning all coaching sessions must be used within your 10-month term.

Access to the Summit Leadership Circle materials and the Summit Leadership Circle Facebook Forums are removed when your program expires.

Any reproduction, presentation, distribution, transmission, or commercial use of the concepts, strategies, methods, materials, and all other trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property owned by The Coaching Experience, LLC (“Who Coaches You”) in any media, now known or hereafter invented, is prohibited without the express written permission of The Coaching Experience.  It is prohibited to use any device, now existing or hereafter invented, to make an audio or /visual recording, transmission, or broadcast of any training, event or call in whole or in part.
